("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of 4landssake.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, "the site"). You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

14.  Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also know as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.  If you are a California resident and would lie to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
